What a renovation usually costs
Ballpark ranges for our most common projects, so you know what to expect before we talk.
Why we share numbers
"You can always find someone who will do it cheaper. My prices are based on what I know it costs to do the job, what it costs to pay quality people to do the work, and to get things done in a timely manner."Mark Dorais, owner
These are typical ranges from our own projects, not quotes. Every project is priced after a site visit.

These vary too much by size and material to give a fair range. Send us a photo and a few details and we'll talk numbers on the first call.
What moves the price
- The size of the space
- Whether the layout changes
- Materials and finishes
- Moving plumbing, electrical or walls
- What we find once the old work comes out, especially in older homes
Our minimum is usually around $5,000. We specialize in complete renovations rather than small repairs.
Selling soon, or staying?
If you're selling: buyers want updated kitchens, roofs and bathrooms. Those are the three projects Realtors have seen buyer demand grow for most in the last two years.
If you're staying: homeowners rated a kitchen upgrade and a new roof a perfect 10 out of 10 for how happy they were with the finished project. A bathroom renovation scored 9.8.
